The Central Club House in Cabo Norte is part of a planned sustainable community in the city of Merida, Yucatan that integrates residential, recreational, educational, commercial, and entertainment areas. The project has more than 17,200 sq ft of built area and another 13,500 sq ft of outdoor spaces that are articulated through platforms and detached pavilions, allowing the interaction of programs with natural elements such as a lake and the overall landscape. The pavilions are surrounded by sets of porticos that create paths of circulation, which also provide protection from the intense sun.
